Export Control Compliance

To ensure compliance with export regulations, we will request information such as end-user, end-use, and destination details prior to quotation and order processing. Please note that quotations will not be issued without this information, as part of our compliance requirements.

As an exporter, ISHII Company LLC conducts export transactions in accordance with its internal Export Control Regulations and Export Control Operational Rules. We comply with the export control laws and regulations of Japan, including the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act and related regulations, and respect the applicable laws and regulations of destination countries, as well as international trade practices. We implement appropriate export control measures from the perspective of security trade control.  

In conducting export transactions, we perform appropriate export control procedures, including product classification, and verification of end-use, end-user, destination, and distribution channels, to ensure compliance with applicable export control requirements. 

We also assess the potential for re-export or transfer to third countries as part of our export control process. Where reasonable concerns arise regarding export control compliance, including potential legal violations, security-related risks, diversion of end-use, or lack of transparency in the distribution chain, we reserve the right to suspend or decline quotations, order acceptance, shipments, or other related transactions.  

Furthermore, where false information, misrepresentation, or failure to disclose material facts is identified in information provided by customers, end-users, or other related parties, we reserve the right to suspend the performance of existing contracts, terminate contracts, or take other appropriate measures, including the suspension of future transactions.   

Our export control system is continuously reviewed and updated to ensure ongoing compliance.
