ISHII Company LLC (the “Company”) conducts export transactions in accordance with its internal Export Control Regulations and Export Control Operational Rules.

The Company complies with the export-related laws and regulations of Japan, including the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act and other applicable regulations. We also respect the applicable laws and regulations of destination countries and internationally accepted trade practices.

Under the supervision of the person responsible for export control, the Company maintains and operates an appropriate export control system.

In conducting export transactions, we review classification documents obtained from manufacturers and other relevant parties. We also verify the end-use, end-user, destination, distribution channels, and other relevant information, and carry out the procedures required under applicable laws and regulations.

We also review and assess the possibility of re-export or transfer to a third country.

Where reasonable concerns arise regarding export control compliance, including possible violations of laws or regulations, security-related risks, concerns regarding diversion from the declared end-use, or a lack of transparency in the distribution channels, the Company may suspend or decline to issue a quotation, accept an order, make a shipment, or proceed with any other related transaction.

Where false statements, material inaccuracies, or failure to disclose material facts are identified in information provided by customers, end-users, or other related parties, the Company may suspend the performance of an existing contract, terminate the contract, suspend future transactions, or take other appropriate measures.

The Company respects security trade control requirements and internationally accepted trade practices and is committed to maintaining lawful and responsible international transactions.
